    The staff were friendly and eager to help, although some service gaps surfaced, particularly regarding our child's bedding. Despite this, the room was spacious with a stunning lake view, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks after our ultramarathon. The modern amenities and relaxing spa facilities greatly enhanced our family experience, perfect for bonding moments. a solid experience, but with room for improvement.

    Luxurious place with courteous staff and good wi-fi. Lots of excellent food for English breakfast. Decent sized and modern room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Marvellous and handy location, within walking distance of everywhere: )

    We arrived eager for a restful stay, only to be met with a loud party that kept going past midnight. It totally ruined our vibe. After a long day, the last thing we needed was disruptive noise!

    we enjoyed rooms with incredibly comfortable bed. there were a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea makers and a writing table provided. location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurants, main eateries and lakefront, and the pullman.

    The spacious room had an amazing bathroom and the shower was out of this world. Free parking was a big plus!

    The room was dirty-there were used tissues in the bathroom, and the bed linens looked unwashed. I even found hair and other stuff on the sheets. Not what I expected at all!

    Immaculate and absolutely perfect room with open windows or balcony and with a lot of space. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Polynesian Spa.

    Family vacation gone wrong

    Some staff tried to help, and the breakfast was decent. Location was suitable for exploring. But honestly, it didn't make up for the rest.

    Paid a hefty price for a night that didn't match the service level.

    The spacious room provided a lovely city view and a super comfy bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The lack of a swimming pool and the high valet parking fee felt excessive. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with bits of grit not properly cleaned.

    The staff were super friendly, especially reiko behind the bar during the morning rush-she handled everything with ease. The breakfast was amazing and worth every cent! The spacious room was much better compared to our experiences in other cities. Plus, the location was perfect, right at the entrance, close to all the restaurants.

    Comfortable room, friendly staff, my bags were held and delivered to my room while I attended an event prior to check-in time, and I loved the sitting area in the reception alongside the convenient fitness center for a quick workout.
